THERE IS NO POWER BUT GOD, JESUS CHRIST AND THE HOLY GHOST!
“Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.” (Zechariah 4:6b) The powers of this world system are phantom powers that last only for a brief moment and then vanish. Our backslid institutions of religion have sold truth for the imitations of sociology and psychology because they claim to be the new authority. All you need to do is to look at what they have produced. The picture is in the Holy Bible and God calls it, “Mystery Babylon.” This “Harlot Woman” looks rich and beautiful to unspiritual people, but to old saints it looks exactly like God has named it.
Before we talk about the Powers of God by His Holy Ghost, let’s take a quick look at this phantom power. “These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.” (Revelation 17:13, 4-6) Please notice how she hates the life of the Bible Believing Saints. She is drunk with the blood of true Saints of God. If you are a Bible believing literalist, you are in their cross-hairs.
When I was “Born Again” in 1952, I could never imagine such a church world as now exists. Evangelical churches were everywhere and the most liberal among us were still people that loved the Bible and believed in basic truths. Being a Pentecostal, I considered our churches as the foundations of truth. Finding a solid Pentecostal church is now almost impossible. The new mindset has become “User Friendly.” Give the multitude religion without purity and holiness, and they will dance in your aisles. The new church world is quickly defending the sodomy lifestyle and condemning anyone that disagrees. It is religion without the power to change human nature.
Biblical Christianity is by nature Supernatural. When you remove the Supernatural powers you leave God out of the picture. Every one of us is a lost sinner with a corrupt nature until we are invaded by God’s Holy Ghost. He only invades our lives by our conscious need of Him. When the church operates in the flesh and depends only on flesh, there are no results but maybe a little positive thinking. The Antichrist started this process decades ago. Robert Schuler and others were pioneers of Satan’s dark delusions.
“Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.” (Romans 13:1-2) The Romans Road Book of Holy Scripture is believed by many to be the heart of Christianity. I agree with that but only if you believe the whole book, not just the part you like. This Book settles the question of our need of His Power.
This is where the Supernatural Gifts of the Holy Ghost become absolutely necessary. Any minister without the gift of discernment has become a sitting duck. From the “Word of Wisdom,” to the ninth gift, “Interpretation of Tongues,” we must return to the Holy Ghost powers. There is no possibility of anything that is solid Christianity without God’s Spirit. These gifts are straight from God and the Spirit manifests them wherever a believer is tired of religious flesh. The Book of Acts should be torn out of your Bible if you deny the availability of Holy Ghost power.
Look at the enemy of the church in Jerusalem after the death and resurrection of the Lord. The leader of that assault on the Apostles and the great company of new converts was Saul of Tarsus. He made havoc of the church in this city of God’s choice. Saul was then ready to start going to other centers of revival to end what he believed was error. On his way to Damascus the supernatural powers from heaven stopped him in his tracks. Fighting against God’s plans has always been a dead end.
The Holy Bible gives us the picture. “And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven: And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.” (Acts 9:3-6) The devil lost his prime witness as the Supernatural hand of God’s Spirit moved to defend the church. Without a doubt this kind of glory will be seen again.
Then Herod took his shot at stopping the church filled with the Holy Ghost. “Now about that time Herod the king stretched forth his hands to vex certain of the church. And he killed James the brother of John with the sword. And because he saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to take Peter also. And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people. Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him.” (Acts 12:1-5) Not only was Peter miraculously delivered, but Herod fled the city only to be slain by the same angel that delivered Peter. “And immediately the angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory: and he was eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost.” (Acts 12:23) Our world will take notice when the church world is full of the Holy Ghost.

CHURCHES FALLING APART & COMING APOSTASY (SPIRITUAL CRASH & COLLAPSE)

Most of our churches are falling apart these days. In the “Evangelical” churches, the LIBERALS PRETENDING TO BE “EVANGELICALS” are TAKING OVER THESE CHURCHES. The Liberals are turning these churches AWAY FROM SUPPORTING ISRAEL. Most of our seminaries are now DOMINATED BY THE LIBERALS. That is not new. Did you know that HARVARD UNIVERSITY in Boston area was once a CHRISTIAN THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY? Satan’s people took it over and forced the real Christians out in a hostile takeover. The Christians had no choice but to start a NEW SEMINARY (YALE UNIVIERSITY (The old buildings there actually look like a bunch of GOTHIC CATHEDRALS, because it was once a religious school)). Then YALE got taken over by Satan’s people. There is now even a DEVIL WORSHIP TEMPLE (SKULL & BONES) there. So the Christians started up a 3rd Seminary (Princeton). It too got taken over by Satan very quickly. Then the Christians started up Columbia University in NYC. Every one of the seminaries got HIJACKED BY SATAN. Now they are SECULAR HUMANIST. Almost all our seminaries have been taken over by SATAN AND THE LIBERALS. Very few TRUE CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITIES REMAIN TODAY. Even these will soon FALL UNDER THE CONTROL OF SATAN AND THE LIBERALS. Perhaps the few remaining CONSERVATIVE CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITIES such as BOB JONES (in Greenville SC), JERRY FALWELL’S LIBERTY UNIVIERITY, and other of the remaining CONSERVATIVE UNIVERSITIES WILL SOON FALL UNDER THE CONTROLS OF THE LIBERALS FALSELY CLAIMING TO BE “EVANGELICALS”. In future even these colleges may be supporting GAY MARRIAGES, and in FIGHTING AGAINST ISRAEL as others are doing. This is the reason why our churches are becoming PROSTITUTE CHURCHES today. Almost none of the churches are preaching REPENTANCE today. Neither are they teaching that SALVATION COMES ONLY BY ACCEPTING THE BLOOD SACRIFICE OF JESUS. They do not sing the BLOOD SONGS, CALVARY SONGS, RUGGED CROSS SONGS, RESURRECTION SONGS, in the old HYMNALS. The prefer ROCK MUSIC INSTEAD. The PORK-BARREL PREACHERS TALK ABOUT PROSPERITY, BUT NEVER PREACH REPENTANCE. All these are PROSTITUTED CHURCHES, most of their members WILL NOT GO UP IN THE RAPTURE. If you want a true church MOVE AWAY FROM THE BIG MEGA-CHURCHES. Go to the small CONSERVATIVE CHURCHES which probably will be in the countryside instead of in big cities.

Let’s take a look at just a few of the conclusions we must reach if we discount the supernatural, or, put another way, by limiting ourselves to what we would call natural laws.
1) There is no soul, spirit, or anything comprising a human being but one’s physical body.
2) When a person takes his or her last breath, he or she is just plain gone.

Denying the supernatural means denying God, plain and simple because in a naturalistic world, nothing can be eternal. Science has shown us that even the universe as we now know it will some day come to an end, yet the Bible tells us God is everlasting. How can this be so if God does not transcend space and time?
Without God we also must realize that there are no moral absolutes because there is no supernatural God to define these them.
We must also accept that a human being has no more “rights” or “value” than an ape, a tree, or a rock because without God, everything that exists does so purely by chance, and when he or she dies, that’s the end of the line, period!
And this is just for starters!
Now an atheist may be very comfortable with such a world view, but how can anyone who claims to be a Christian subscribe to such a philosophy?
The problem with an avowed Christian denying the supernatural is that to do so is to be logically inconsistent – and, in my view, alos totally wrong.

One of our departed Christians used to say; “There is no good without GOD” Thank you Ed Hilger for that one. i have never been able to dispute that because it ends up with the same kinda thing that Ed Wood is talking about My Way, GODS Way or No Way…
The one thing that comes to mind that bothers me is and i see a lot of that mind set here in Canada, they think they do good, but only do the works of the flesh!
