THE MILLENIUM AND THE NEW HEAVEN AND THE NEW EARTH
THE 1000 YEARS OF JESUS CHRIST’S REIGN ON EARTH IS JUST THE BEGINNING OF OUR KINGLY FUTURE. The 1000 years of the Kingdom is to finish the Seven Thousand years of man’s history and to fulfill the Sabbath. All of this is God’s plan for the reconciling of all things natural and then it all returns to Eternity. It was forever and then man was created. Now it’s forever all over again and there will be no more interludes. The New Heaven and the New Earth will represent nothing less than “Eternal Bliss.”
God’s Word leaves no room for doubting. John said, “And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. And I John, saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.” (Revelation 21:1-4) The eternal future makes this earth appear as nothing but a wilderness.
The “White Throne Judgment” will conclude the reign of sin. God will not allow one semblance of sin to remain. The Blood of Jesus does not white-wash or cover up, it washes white every molecule of this Universe to perfect purity. This great judgment of the wicked is final. “And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.” (Revelation 20:11, 14-15) Wickedness will be finished.
Our wicked world of free people believe they are going to create a “One World Order.” Right before their eyes the enemies of that world order are preparing for the complete end of all democracy. Russia was just discovered to have secret submarines loaded with weapons invading America’s territory. They are preparing for the march on Israel and our nation will be threatened if we move a finger. Everything that Bible prophecy has promised is visible everywhere. There is no reason for the Bible believing and obeying Christians to be afraid. We win in the end.
A golden city descending out of heaven will announce the New Heaven and the New Earth. In this breathtaking city is the Throne of God and the Bride of Christ. This city will be so brilliant and glorious that it will light the New Universe until there are no shadows at the farthest point. “And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.” (Revelation 21:23) While New Jerusalem is God’s Temple and also the city of many mansions for the Bride, it will light the nations of saved people that are not part of the Bride. The highest honor for eternity is that Bride of Christ that paid the ultimate price to belong to Christ alone. “And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it. And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.” (Revelation 21:24-25)
Eternity with our Creator and His Christ is beyond description. And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads. And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.” (Revelation 22:3-5) This is a little of what awaits the faithful saints that have chosen to follow Jesus Christ, to give up the world and to be His Church.

Excellent discourse, Pastor Joseph! Very often it can be confusing as to how the Millennium and the endless age of the New Heaven and New Earth play out.
While the Millennium will be a magnificent time compared to our present time, the taint of sin remains. As a result by the time the 1000 years are coming to an end there will be a huge amount of people who choose to take sides with Satan after he is released from his captivity. Once he and all his followers from the beginning of time are dealt with forever, the eternal new age will begin.
All the believers from the very beginning will be there. I have a hunch this new earth and new heaven will be accessible to them all, but the shining jewel of this perfect realm will be the New Jersalem itself where all will be welcome.
By maintaining our faith in Jesus, our homes there are already being made ready.

TRIBULATION – MILLENIUM – NEW JERUSALEM

During the Tribulation there will be major droughts. This present drought that is wiping out much of our corn crop, is also wiping out Russia’s wheat crop. India also has a drought. Much of the world’s grain crop is getting wiped out in preparation for the Tribulation. This is getting ready for the 3rd Seal of Revelation. There are also WARS (INCLUDING RIOTS, and much larger wars) and rumors (watching wars on TV News) of wars. The DROUGHT that we have will probably continue into the Tribulation. The World becomes like a desert. At the end of the Tribulation Jesus DESTROYS THE ARMIES OF THE ANTI-CHRIST. Anti-Christ and False Prophet are thrown in the Lake of fire. all the surviving people of the world are divided into sheeps and goats. The Mt of Olives is divided into 2 sections with one half moving north and the other half moving south in an earthquake just after Jesus lands. If the split runs (east & west) the full width of Israel, it will probably result in the Dead Sea area (about 1300 ft below sea level) being flooded with Mediterranean water. this might flood Jericho, Capernium, Galliee, and some some other areas. THE SPLIT ITSELF BECOMES A CANAL FOR SHIP ACCESS TO THE AREA. That area becomes a major harbor and Jerusalem becomes a port city. Jerusalem is about a half-mile above sea level. Jerusalem also gets much bigger and stretches all the way to the Mediterranean and maybe into Egypt on the west. to the east it reaches all the way to the Dead Sea. It will probably have a population of tens of millions of people. It may be the biggest city on earth at the time. Because deserts are made by lack of rain during and before Tribulation, the deserts will be eliminated by lots of rain in the Millenium. The Earth becomes like Eden. There will be more prosperity than ever before. BUT AT THE END OF MILLENIUM, SATAN IS RELAESED AND HIS DEMONS ARE RELEASED FROM HELL. Since all people born into Millenium, both Jews and Gentiles MUST MAKE A DECISION ON WHETHER TO ACCEPT OR REJECT THE SACRIFICE OF JESUS, AND ACCEPT HIM AS LORD, there will be an opportunity for Satan to tempt all who did not accept Jesus. Once Satan is released, all the saints around the world must flee to Jerusaqlem, making it very crowded. THEN SATAN LEADS ALL THE UNSAVED FOLKS IN A REVOLUTION TO TRY TO TAKE JERUSALEM WHERE ALL THE SAINTS HAVE FLED TO. GOD LIFTS JERUSALEM OFF THE EARTH AND BLOWS UP TH E PLANET IN A NUCLEAR STYLE EXPLOSION. This is what Peter meant when he said “THE ELEMENTS SHALL MELT WITH FERVENT HEAT” in II Peter 3:10-12. The old HEAVEN (which was contaminated by SATAN’S ATTEMPTED REVOLUTION AGAIST GOD) and the old Earth (ruined by sin passes away. Next the WHITE THRONE JUDGEMENT FOR ALL UNSAVED FOLKS. Then unsaved people into Lake of fire. AFTER ALL THIS, THE NEW JERUSALEM AND THE NEW EATH COME INTO EXISTENCE. So the New Jerusalem probably will not come until after the MILLENIUM, SATAN’S REVOLUTION, DESTRUCTION OF OLD EARTH AND OLD HEAVEN, AND WHITE THRONE JUDGEMENT, HAVE ALL BEEN COMPLETED.

This is further proof that the “First Beast” is the Antichrist. It is a strange weakness of mankind that they must have some VISIBLE God to worship, and when the Children of Israel, who had been delivered from Egypt under Moses’ leadership, thought he had forsaken them because he did not come down from the Mount, they called Aaron to make them gods which should go before them, and Aaron made for them the “GOLDEN CALF.” Ex. 32:1-6. So the False Prophet will have the people make for the purpose of worship an “IMAGE OF THE BEAST.” But the wonderful thing about the “IMAGE” is that the False Prophet will have power to give LIFE to it, and cause it to SPEAK, and to demand that all who will not worship it shall be put to death. In other words the “IMAGE” will be a living, speaking, AUTOMATON.
