RICK WARREN, CHRISLAM AND THE YALE UNIVERSITY COVENANT

I NOW HAVE THE OFFICIAL YALE UNIVERSITY COVENANT SIGNED BY RICK WARREN. This is proof positive that he is a signed partner in promoting the Covenant between Islam and our Jehovah God as one God now named “Chrislam”. I’m simply printing for you the entire covenant and also coping his and other name from this document. Below is the exact list directly from the web page itself. Please note the underlined names mentioned here, and on the radio program: Robert Schuller, Rick Warren, Brian D. McLaren an David Yonggi Cho. Check the list for other names you might be familiar with. There are hubdreds of ministers thet may include your Pastor or leaders in your denominations. Check the large list of names on this offocial list from Yale. http://www.yale.edu/faith/acw/acw.htm

While thousands of Arabs and former Islamic believers are coming to Christ and experiencing forgiveness and the “New Birth” by the Cross, American Apostate ministers are turning to Chrislam. Say what you please, but the Bible has made it plain, “seeing they crucify to themselves the Son Of God afresh and put Him to an open shame.” (Hebrews 6:6b) This crowd, unless they repent with great sorrow will spend eternity in a “devil’s hell”.

YALE CENTER FOR FAITH AND CULTURE

IN THE NAME OF THE INFINITELY GOOD GOD WHOM WE SHOULD LOVE WITH ALL OUR BEING. This Title and document is word for word from the following Website: http://www.yale.edu/faith/acw/acw.htm

Preamble

As members of the worldwide Christian community, we were deeply encouraged and challenged by the recent historic open letter signed by 138 leading Muslim scholars, clerics, and intellectuals from around the world. A Common Word Between Us and You identifies some core common ground between Christianity and Islam which lies at the heart of our respective faiths as well as at the heart of the most ancient Abrahamic faith, Judaism. Jesus Christ’s call to love God and neighbor was rooted in the divine revelation to the people of Israel embodied in the Torah (Deuteronomy 6:5; Leviticus 19:18). We receive the open letter as a Muslim hand of conviviality and cooperation extended to Christians worldwide. In this response we extend our own Christian hand in return, so that together with all other human beings we may live in peace and justice as we seek to love God and our neighbors.

Muslims and Christians have not always shaken hands in friendship; their relations have sometimes been tense, even characterized by outright hostility. Since Jesus Christ says, “First take the log out your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your neighbor’s eye” (Matthew 7:5), we want to begin by acknowledging that in the past (e.g. in the Crusades) and in the present (e.g. in excesses of the “war on terror”) many Christians have been guilty of sinning against our Muslim neighbors. Before we “shake your hand” in responding to your letter, we ask forgiveness of the All-Merciful One and of the Muslim community around the world.

Religious Peace—World Peace

“Muslims and Christians together make up well over half of the world’s population. Without peace and justice between these two religious communities, there can be no meaningful peace in the world.” We share the sentiment of the Muslim signatories expressed in these opening lines of their open letter. Peaceful relations between Muslims and Christians stand as one of the central challenges of this century, and perhaps of the whole present epoch. Though tensions, conflicts, and even wars in which Christians and Muslims stand against each other are not primarily religious in character, they possess an undeniable religious dimension. If we can achieve religious peace between these two religious communities, peace in the world will clearly be easier to attain. It is therefore no exaggeration to say, as you have in A Common Word Between Us and You, that “the future of the world depends on peace between Muslims and Christians.”

Common Ground

What is so extraordinary about A Common Word Between Us and You is not that its signatories recognize the critical character of the present moment in relations between Muslims and Christians. It is rather a deep insight and courage with which they have identified the common ground between the Muslim and Christian religious communities. What is common between us lies not in something marginal nor in something merely important to each. It lies, rather, in something absolutely central to both: love of God and loveof neighbor. Surprisingly for many Christians, your letter considers the dual command of love to be the foundational principle not just of the Christian faith, but of Islam as well. That so much common ground exists – common ground in some of the fundamentals of faith – gives hope that undeniable differences and even the very real external pressures that bear down upon us can not overshadow the common ground upon which we stand together. That this common ground consists in love of God and ofneighbor gives hope that deep cooperation between us can be a hallmark of the relations between our two communities.

Love of God

We applaud that A Common Word Between Us and You stresses so insistently the unique devotion to one God, indeed the love of God, as the primary duty of every believer. God alone rightly commands our ultimate allegiance. When anyone or anything besides God commands our ultimate allegiance – a ruler, a nation, economic progress, or anything else – we end up serving idols and inevitably get mired in deep and deadly conflicts.

We find it equally heartening that the God whom we should love above all things is described as being Love. In the Muslim tradition, God, “the Lord of the worlds,” is “The Infinitely Good and All-Merciful.” And the New Testament states clearly that “God is love” (1 John 4:8). Since God’s goodness is infinite and not bound by anything, God “makes his sun rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous,” according to the words of Jesus Christ recorded in the Gospel (Matthew 5:45).

For Christians, humanity’s love of God and God’s love of humanity are intimately linked. As we read in the New Testament: “We love because he [God] first loved us” (1 John 4:19). Our love of God springs from and is nourished by God’s love for us. It cannot be otherwise, since the Creator who has power over all things is infinitely good.

Love of Neighbor

We find deep affinities with our own Christian faith when A Common Word Between Us and You insists that love is the pinnacle of our duties toward our neighbors. “None of you has faith until you love for your neighbor what you love for yourself,” the Prophet Muhammad said. In the New Testament we similarly read, “whoever does not love [the neighbor] does not know God” (1 John 4:8) and “whoever does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen” (1 John 4:20). God is love, and our highest calling as human beings is to imitate the One whom we worship.

We applaud when you state that “justice and freedom of religion are a crucial part” of the love of neighbor. When justice is lacking, neither love of God nor love of the neighbor can be present. When freedom to worship God according to one’s conscience is curtailed, God is dishonored, the neighbor oppressed, and neither God nor neighbor is loved.

Since Muslims seek to love their Christian neighbors, they are not against them, the document encouragingly states. Instead, Muslims are with them. As Christians we resonate deeply with this sentiment. Our faith teaches that we must be with our neighbors – indeed, that we must act in their favor – even when our neighbors turn out to be our enemies. “But I say unto you,” says Jesus Christ, “Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be children of your Father in heaven; for he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good” (Matthew 5:44-45). Our love, Jesus Christ says, must imitate the love of the infinitely good Creator; our love must be as unconditional as is God’s—extending to brothers, sisters, neighbors, and even enemies. At the end of his life, Jesus Christ himself prayed for his enemies: “Forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing” (Luke 23:34).

The Prophet Muhammad did similarly when he was violently rejected and stoned by the people of Ta’if. He is known to have said, “The most virtuous behavior is to engage those who sever relations, to give to those who withhold from you, and to forgive those who wrong you.” (It is perhaps significant that after the Prophet Muhammad was driven out of Ta’if, it was the Christian slave ‘Addas who went out to Muhammad, brought him food, kissed him, and embraced him.)

The Task Before Us

“Let this common ground” – the dual common ground of love of God and of neighbor – “be the basis of all future interfaith dialogue between us,” your courageous letter urges. Indeed, in the generosity with which the letter is written you embody what you call for. We most heartily agree. Abandoning all “hatred and strife,” we must engage in interfaith dialogue as those who seek each other’s good, for the one God unceasingly seeks our good. Indeed, together with you we believe that we need to move beyond “a polite ecumenical dialogue between selected religious leaders” and work diligently together to reshape relations between our communities and our nations so that they genuinely reflect our common love for God and for one another.

Given the deep fissures in the relations between Christians and Muslims today, the task before us is daunting. And the stakes are great. The future of the world depends on our ability as Christians and Muslims to live together in peace. If we fail to make every effort to make peace and come together in harmony you correctly remind us that “our eternal souls” are at stake as well.

We are persuaded that our next step should be for our leaders at every level to meet together and begin the earnest work of determining how God would have us fulfill the requirement that we love God and one another. It is with humility and hope that we receive your generous letter, and we commit ourselves to labor together in heart, soul, mind and strength for the objectives you so appropriately propose.

  1. O! Dear Pastor, have these people lost their mind? Have they NEVER read their Bible?
I love those harnessed by Islam, but I only want them to know about our Lord, not join them in any endevour!

  2. Rick Warren, has a lot of followers, I don’t know if Ladoceans are as bad as he is,
As for me, I will stick with what I have been taught me from my beginning,
We who are born from above are one,

  3. Warren and all these chrislam, new age apostates are of Satan absolutely and well put! I can understand why the Muslims and other misguided faiths would fall into this ‘end age’ false beliefs leading to the Harlot out of the Vatican (maybe even Jerusalem-Petrus Romanus, last pope ‘tom horn’) but these guys being well knowledgeable of Holy Scripture (Bible) is almost amazing, do ‘they’ not fear the Lord? It has to be ‘they’ got laxed and given into demons and these apostate liberal college professors who never were Saved to begin with, the Great White Throne Judgment will not be a happy day, woe unto ‘them’!
Folk’s, I truly believe we’ll be hearing the ‘shout’ very very soon, as said, even so Lord, maranatha!

  4. This is an excellent example of the “Hegelian Dialectic” which causes incremental changes
through dialogue. You put two opposites together and tell them to come up with an agreement
or compromise, and this is called a “synthesis.” Watch for these words all over the internet.
It’s the process used in the Purpose Driven Church materials to corrupt and spoil the churches
by forcing droves of non-born-again people into the churches into forced relationships and
dialogues which continues to compromise and water down the once strong Christian people.

Churches are still supposed to be composed of the “called-out ones!” An unbeliever in our midst
should fall down in repentance, saying, “Surely God is in your midst! If ever there was a day
to “Come out from among them and be holy, for I AM holy,” says the Lord, it’s NOW!! The
ecumenical movement/anti-christ spirit is really moving forward at a rapid pace!! I agree,
“Even so, Come Lord Jesus! ” (But, I see in 2 Thess. 2 that the anti-christ must be revealed first
before we will be gathered up. Hard times are ahead. Be strong and courageous, saints!)

  5. I couldn’t even get through this document without an overwhelming feeling to vomit.
Thanks for warning the flock and please don’t stop Pastor.
Surely a crown awaits those that thirst for truth and reject blasphemy and heretical ministers like Warren.

  6. Thank you again for your attention to this important matter. This is a sign that we are very near the time of Jesus’ return and you are following God’ command to be a “watchman”. I pray that people will wake up and see what’s happening right in front of their blurry spiritual eyes. Chrislam composes the 2 horns of the False Prophet – Christianity and Islam – together. We’re so close; come Lord Jesus.

  7. No mention in this mess that Jesus is God. The Muslims won’t hear of it. Moreover, an inscription on the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem claims that God has no Son. Carole (above) said birds of a feather. One may add this (since Warren loves to quote “sayings” from Jesus in the Gospel of Matthew – Sermon on the Mount) here’s one for you: Ye shall know tham by their fruits: Matthew 7:15-20. Good day.

  8. It’s more like these people have signed their own death warrant. Islam will NEVER compromise with Christianity. Every true Muslim knows this and believes this. I believe it is a trap to weaken the faith of Christians and get us to accept the beliefs of Islam.”The requirement that we love God and one another.” as commendable as it is, is not and never will be a requirement of Islam.
Islam will NEVER abandon hater and strife because this is the whole root of the Islam religion, and Islam is steeped in killing , persecuting Christians and dying for their religion so they can go to Heaven feast on 16 courses , have all the concubines they want whose virginity is renewed at will and swim in their rivers of wine.
Quite contradictory for a religion that is against drinking alcohol.
As far as Rick Warren goes, he is a blind leader of the blind, and Jesus said that if the blind lead the blind they will BOTH fall into the ditch.

  9. MUSLIM POPE ABDUL AZIZ AL-ASHEKA ORDERS DESTRUCTION OF CHRISTIAN CHURCHES IN MIDEAST

    Dear Joe Chambers,

The Muslim Pope Shekh Abdul Al-Asheka in the ISLAMIC VATICAN at Mecca & Medina just issued a PAPAL BULL that the Muslims in the Mideast should DESTROY CHRISTIAN CHURCHES. The Muslim Pope is called the Grand Mufti. He is in charge of the Muslim Vatican.

Why does Rick Warren sell out to our worst religious enemies? Isn’t that treason? The Muslims are still our worst enemies.

The Muslims DO NOT WORSHIP THE GOD OF THE BIBLE JEHOVAH. They worship their MOON GOD ALLAH. The Muslims are NOT The religion of peace. THEY ARE THE RELIGION OF WAR. WHEN JERRY FALWELL CALLED MOHAMAD A TERRORIST, IRAN’S SHIITE POPE ALI KHAMINEI ISSUED A PAPAL BULL THAT JERRY FALWELL SHOULD BE KILLED. HE ALSO ISSUED PAPAL BULLS THAT OTHER LEADERS THAT SPLOKE NEGATIVELY OF MOHAMAD SHOULD BE KILLED. THEY WILL EVEN KILL FOLKS OVER BURNED KORANS OR OVER MOHAMAD CARTOONS. They are the most violent major religion on this Earth. If the MUSLIMS WANT PEOPLE TO BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE THE RELIGION OF PEACE, THEY ARE GOING TO HAVE TO PROVE IT, BY CONDEMNING THE TERRORISTS, AND EXCOMMUNICATING THE TERRORISTS. AS LONG AS THEY CONTINUE TO GLORIFY THE TERRORISTS, ALMOST NO ONE IS GOING TO BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE THE RELIGION OF PEACE.

    Sincerely,

    Keith Black

  10. Pastor Joseph, I think I’m gonna be sick! Just when you think it can’t get worse, it does.

I guess none of the misguided people that signed this ever read the following from the Koran:

Sura 5:51 O you who believe! Do not take the Jews or Christians for freinds; they are friends of each other, and whoever among you takes them for a friend, then surely he is one of them; surely Allah does not guide the unjust people.

Sura 9:5 So when the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters whenever you find them, and take them captives and beseige them and lie in wait for them in every ambush, then if they repent and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate, leave their way free to them; surely Allah is forgiving, merciful.

From the above, we see that by their own book that Muslims can never be “our friends” and that when the opportunity exists, we are to be ultimately converted or killed.

And the signers above have the nerve to apologize to Muslims?

Looks like the inmates really are running the asylum.

Thanks, Pastor Joseph for exposing these apostates.

    It really is absolutely sickening!

  11. ‘Chrislam’ is just one small step in a really bad direction. G-d will not share His worship with anyone. For groups of people to start sharing their faith, literally, with groups that worship false gods is an invitation for trouble. You can’t just worship two different gods in ths same church nor can you woship two different gods as one. Sooner or later, the CHR will be dropped and it will just be islam. After all, muslims are very persuasive people.

  12. If you want the definition of Apostasy, there it is. We are so far into the “falling away” that wait. . . . . . is that the trump of God I hear in the distance? You bet it is, get ready church, Christ is coming! Thank you and God Bless you for this information Pastor Chambers!

  13. Just some thoughts which have been on my mind about Rick Warren and Chrislam issue:

    1. As you stated in your article, Warren is guilty about hiding behind his own lies. He knows he is wrong over signing the document “a common word between us and you” in 2007 stating that the “God of the Koran and the God of the Bible” are the “same God”, yet he blames the media and Christian bloggers for holding him accountable over the facts that truly surround the events exposed through the article that appeared in the Orange Country Register. To put it plain and simple – Rick Warren has no right whatsoever to play the “blame game” by pointing fingers at other people who have done the right thing by exposing his lies and his heretical teachings/beliefs against the sound word of God. Listen to what God tells us in Numbers 32:23, “”But if you fail to do this, you will be sinning against the LORD; and you may be sure that your sin will find you out.” At this point, Rick Warren is so deep in heresy and lies, that his own sin is being exposed and finding him out in the public eye. It amazes me every time he contradicts himself and fails to practice what he preaches, he has to find some means to cover his “trail of lies” whether he points fingers at others or twists scripture to promote his own man-made platform of lies.

    2. Many people have also been misled over what is claimed as “setting the record” straight. After the article appeared in the Orange County Register, the Christian Post website hosted an interview conducted by Mr. Brandon Cox, one of his supporters in the ministry. Mr. Cox asked RW questions over what he “really believes” in “contrast” to the claims made through the newspaper article. Many people after reading the interview on the Christian Post were deceived into thinking that “the record has been set straight” through the “horse’s mouth”. Here are some issues and problems this presents:

    a. RW was interviewed by a source that supports his lies and heresies. So, of course, he is naturally going to give answers that “itch the ears” of his hearers. To only give “one side of the story” does an injustice to how he really believes and conducts himself. For example, if a source such as a ministry that has rightfully exposed his lies asked him hard questions as to why he has consistently contradicted himself (e.g., his lie on Larry King live over the Proposition 8 issue, his claim in the Purpose Driven Life book that New Age theology is a lie and not of the Lord, YET Saddleback church where he pastors hosts three doctors from the pulpit in 2011 that openly believe in New Age/Eastern mysticism beliefs, etc. etc.) I firmly believe if Rick Warren was asked difficult questions in a very firm and tactful manner related to his contradictions and lies, he would “break under pressure” and fail to practice what he claims he preaches. The unfortunate result of his interview on the Christian Post website is that people who are not reading God’s word and do not know God’s word will be blinded by the devil into believing the lie that the interview has done “justice” to what Rick Warren believes when in reality all it does is tell one side of the story that does not fairly expose his lies and contradictions from his books or speaking engagements to Muslim audiences.

  14. Mohammed’s god was Allilah, the moon god which (conveniently) became the generic name for a god, Allah. The crescent moon and star of the Islam flag is there for a reason. A synthesized god
made by men attempting to blend Allah and God Jehovah is a fabrication of Satan that will not fool a true Christian. Satan has always made it his business to deceive and confuse, and the invention of Chrislam is just his latest. Any one or any organization signing on to this heresy cannot be a real Christian. There are many false Christians as there are false “Christs.” Jesus warned us and cautioned us to “Take heed that no man deceive you.” Jesus also said, “And many false prophets shall rise, and deceive many.” (Matthew 24:4 & 11) I hope that just some of those carried-away (some 600,000 pastors) with Rick Warren’s “Purpose Driven” programs can now see the real man behind the mask. “Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron” (1 Timothy 4:1-2).

  15. Chrislam is not of God but man’s invention & effort like the building of the “Tower of Babel” to reach God.

How very subtle is Chrislam, mixing the two, when one does not accept the other as the Only Truth. Jesus is the ONLY TRUTH, the WAY, the LIGHT, the RESURRECTION & the LIFE. There is no one else, no other beliefs or religion that comes from the Heavenly Father.

Jesus Christ is FINAL, period. Those who come before Him or after Him are but thieves & robbers… Only Jesus can give ETERNAL LIFE, period. All others will go to HELL.

The Apostle Paul say in Galatians 1.6 “I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting him who called you in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel—
7 not that there is another one, but there are some who trouble you and want to distort the gospel of Christ.
8 But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be accursed.
9 As we have said before, so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be accursed.”

Let any human be ACCURSED if he try to mix Christ with another… Let everyone be ACCURSED who is following them, thinking they are following the truth.

No religion will bring anyone to heaven, Only Jesus Christ is the WAY to heaven. Every other way leads to HELL.

John 3.10 “Even now the axe is laid to the root of the trees. Every tree therefore that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.”

John 7.15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves.
16 You will recognize them by their fruits. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from thistles?
17 So, every healthy tree bears good fruit, but the diseased tree bears bad fruit.
18 A healthy tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a diseased tree bear good fruit.
19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.
20 Thus you will recognize them by their fruits.

Chrislam is a BAD TREE, BAD FRUIT, DISEASED TREE & I decree in Jesus Name that God’s Axe is laid at the roots of the tree to cut it off & to toss it into the fire…
