Protection And Healing, The Children’s Bread

The man or women, the child, or the young person that learns the futility of the world’s system and the helplessness of flesh has a marvelous life ahead. This is the first lesson that man must learn if they would experience the glory of God in their lives. You cannot trust in flesh or the world’s provisions, plus trust in God. Leaning on the arm of flesh is the ultimate defeat. The inspired writer, Solomon, said it plainly and he certainly learned it the hard way. “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil. It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones” (Proverbs 3:5-8). God cannot answer your needs until you quit seeking the world’s answers. You cannot trust God while you trust the flesh. This is man’s greatest weakness and hindrance. Even your family will get angry when you do not run to their world’s system for the smallest need, muchless the life threatening situations. Jesus Christ is the voice that called His great provisions, “The Children’s Bread.” Every promise in His Word –and the whole Bible is His Word–are His provisions for every child of God. What would happen if the people of God learned that Jesus is really real and absolutely ready to make His promises a present reality. Revival would start before this year comes to an end. The one thing that has caused the church to become apostate is the failure to believe that Jesus Christ is present now and ready to act in our behalf.
“And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover” (St. Mark 16:17-18).

  1. Brother Chambers:
Yes, “He’s More Than Wonderful”…..as that song goes. One of my favorite and most beautiful
songs. I loved your message as always…….and I raise my hands!

My 91 year old grandmother did not die from any disease, she just wore out and said she was “going home.” That’s the way I want to leave this world! I’m going out of here healthy! Hallelujah! We do not have to die of a dis-ease!

Jesus Christ paid the price for our salvation and our healing. “What is easier to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Rise up and walk?” (Luke 5:23) Glory be to God!

“….By whose stripes you were healed.” (1 Peter 2:24; Isaiah 53:4-5)

  2. Dear Pastor Chambers

We are to cast our cares upon him, for he cares for us, as stated in Peter. There are so many interesting things that we can learn from this world and they may edify us for a while, but are those things profitable? I have found in my life ‘not really”! What profits me if i gain the whole world and do not find the narrow gate? My heart is the place that evil likes dwell in, thats the battle ground, not some degree or honour from man to provide a false cover. Then onward to love our Heavenly Father and my neighbour just like Jesus emphasised.

I am reading through Isaiah to Revelations now rather that just the new testament twice a year.
There is so much our Heavenly Father has for us in there through his Son being the Word.

    God Bless my Christian Bretheren

  3. I have taught my children that I am bringing them up on the ways they should go and read them the scripture on that and how G-d said, we cannot sit on the fence, we are either for Him or against Him and that those who love the world are not worthy of the Kingdom. They see what was will be and that there is nothing new under the sun, thank G-d HE won the battle for us at the cross. For me and my house, we will serve the L-rd with joy !!

  4. Dear Paster Chambers, I like to read what has been written above and to understand where your writers are coming from. Down through the years I have heard many reasons why people are not healed and most of the time they blame God for it by saying, well it must not be God’s time for me to be healed. Another awfull reason for the body of Christ not to be healed, “is” whatever health incompacity they are in they receive money benifits for it instead of getting healed, I hear, God will heal me in his time, I will just have to wait on Him. Then you get those who really get hold of God’s Word, Look at the life of The Lord Jesus Christ, find out just how The Holy Spirit works, and go to work on the sick and the sinner until the enemy is routed from our lives and the church. Jesus said, we can do all things in His name, let’s just go and do them, and then say, satan, look out the Word of God is coming, “he must flee” in Jesus mighty Name. A-men.
