The Underworld Is Trembling

Satan and his dark underworld characters know that they have entered the beginning of the end. Their world of darkness, rebellion, and lying is almost over. Every demon or fallen angel will spend eternity in the Lake of Fire. It’s time that the church of Jesus Christ started rejoicing over our future victory. Most of our ministers and professing church members have no concept of Satan’s final hour. As this dark period of the final judgment unfolds, it keeps the heart full of hope if we know the end of things. We can win if we are dressed in the armor that Christ has provided. Read carefully,” For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places” (Ephesians 6:12). If you think your flesh can win this war, you are about to be destroyed. The entire chapter of this great truth should be learned by every believer. Here is a must verse. “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints…” (Ephesians 6:18) As you watch the evil grow worse, see others backsliding, and hear about suicide increasing with many other dark events; take heart. These facts are proof that our enemy is fighting to his finish, but it’s almost over. “And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh” (Luke 21:28).

  1. Amen and Amen – we need to look up now – the battle belongs to The Lord.
The “ark” is ready and the doors are closing…

  2. Well said, Pastor Joseph!

It is very easy to get discouraged these days as we watch this planet spiral into the darkness. Though this is exactly what the Bible foretold, let’s face it, it’s tough to watch.
In a very real sense this is exactly what the prophets Isaiah, Jeremiah and the others faced – seeing the growing evil in their own societies, speaking against it, and, for the most part, finding that very few would listen.
However this did not stop them, nor should it stop us. When we see blatant evil committed in our churches (e.g. the acceptance of false doctrines directly contrary to Scripture) and by our government (e.g. repeal of “don’t ask, don’t tell” for the military, legalized infanticide and “gay marriage,” and the intrusion of the government into our freedom to proclaim our faith openly), it’s time to step up and voice these concerns in no uncertain terms to those responsible.
Satan and his minions win when Christians refuse to make a stand and our society in this present time is indicative of decades of this very thing.
It is time to get up, be counted, and help grow the faithful remnant for Jesus in the short time that is left.
I think this would be an excellent New Year’s resolution for us all!

  3. I can’t help getting a little discouraged…
I have been watching, waiting, looking up and listening for the trumpet since 1974!

  5. If we properly understand that our salvation is by grace alone, we should have no fear as to whether we are ready for the Lord’s return. I am not ready because I have been good, but because my Lord and Christ did a perfect work on my behalf at the cross. Satan was defeated in my life two thousand years ago. Thank God and all praise to Jesus. It IS by grace alone!

  6. My part is simply to believe!

    PLEASE READ!!!!!!

“Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.

Yea a man may say, Thou hath faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.

But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?”

    James 2: 17,18 and 20

  7. Praise Jesus Christ, the King. Maranatha, Come quickly, Lord Jesus! We are anxiously awaiting you, Our Savior and Lord. Hallelujah! Did my heart good, by the way, to see all the various Hallelujah choruses being sung on you tube all across the country at random shopping places. They cannot shut us up any longer. We want to sing God’s praises!

  8. Dear Pastor, Ed Wood has got it right, time is short, but it is not over yet. like Ed said, let us all stand up and be counted, I have preached this ministry for many years in our local towns. Those who name the Name of Jesus as their Lord and Saviour, all of them, must get out into this very darkening world and let our lights shine for Jesus. The work of satan is gaining more ground than we can imagin, the light of the body of Christ is very dim, i know of one town where there is only one saint out on the streets preaching, that town houses 65 thound people, the labourers are very few indeed, the narrow road is almost empty, yet, the fields are ripe for harvest. As one man said many years ago, “unless we do, we die”.

  9. susan b. — don’t be discouraged –
remember all the believers after the ressurection who watched the skies for the return — Jesus comes at the Fathers behest. didn’t He say no man not even Jesus knows when.
