Jerusalem And Her Enemies

What appeared to be an angel (some say UFO) descended directly over the Temple Mount, hovered for a short time and sped away with the speed of light. Was this trick photography? That certainly is possible, but are there angels watching over Jerusalem? The Bible absolutely promises that God’s angels are keeping watch and protecting this chosen city, “I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence” (Isaiah 62:6). What is happening in Egypt has more to do with Jerusalem and Israel than Egypt. There are dark persons and forces from hell that are determined to destroy Israel, and not only Israel, but every political person or government that would protect Israel. Before Gog and Magog can march, the coalition of Russia, Iran, and other partners in this scheme must try to naturalize every possible stumbling block. They have President Obama in their pocket, so Egypt must be brought under sway. Israel’s next major enemy after the Islamic world is the Dominion Theology or the Post-Millennial majority throughout the church denominations. Every time you hear a minister or a misguided church spokesman speak about “taking dominion,” you know they are anti-Israel. They are misinterpreting Scripture to promote their right and duty to take possession of this earth. This is what the King of Kings will do after the seven years of the Great Tribulation. This future moment is Israel’s “Crowning Hour” and for religious people to try and steal it from Israel is sad. The nation of Israel will be the capitol of the whole world and Jesus Christ will sit on the Throne of David. The raptured Saints will return with our triumphant King and rule the earth as His Kings and Priests.

  1. I saw the video of that on You Tube. It was fascinating to watch, whatever it was. I kept viewing it several times as I missed the red lights earlier.

  2. Dear Pastor Chambers,
You are right on target. The opponents of Israel are lining up for an invasion. The peace treaty with Egypt is pretty much gone and Jordan will not remain neutral toward Israel. Her protection is
eroding quickly. Surely she is being protected by heavenly forces in the unseen world. The replacement theology folks are ignorantly part of the equation in the opposition forces. But God will not forsake Israel; she will see the Lors’s hand of protection at work when the invasion comes.
We need not be sidetracked with concerns about rising gas prices and other economic matters at this time. God is at work bring about a close to this dispensation. We are to look up and proclaim as the Apostle Paul states in 1 Corinthians 16:22 “Maranatha.”

  3. Brother Chambers thanks for helping us stay alert to fulfilling Biblical prophecy. The Bible
is it’s own best commentary, and when I read Isaiah 19 regarding Egypt I believe there was
future singificance in Isaiah’s prophecy. Also, Psalm 83 tells of the Arab kingdoms coming
together to rise against Israel to banish her name forever. Egypt and Saudi Arabia and
other peoples join in a confederacy against Israel. Add to this Ezekiel 38 and 39, and it
is clear that what we are seeing in today’s news was written 3,000 years ago. And the
saddest part is that the so-called Christian church is more concerned about the Super Bowl
than the Rapture. When the Muslim Brotherhood assumes power from Mubarak, Egypt’s true
colors will be revealed and no longer shrouded in moderation for Israel. One by one, Muslim
nations are being taken-over by radical militant Islam. I think the “Church” needs to
    wake up!

  4. Hello Pastor Joseph.

I watched this occurance on YouTube yesterday and must say it was certainly compelling. Yet I temper this with the knowledge that little else is known about it.
It appeared as a bright spherical light which descended, hovered, pulsating while doing so, and then ascending very quickly upward. Was it sent by God? Was it a deception sent by Satan (who can himself appear as an angel of light [2 Corinthians 11:14]) or some kind of human-created hoax?
Perhaps the best thing to do at this point is to keep an open mind and to follow this advice:

“If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.” James 1:5

“Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God; because many false prophets are gone out into the world.” 1 John 4:1 (*Note: Though John was specifically referring to false teachers, I think this is a sound principle which can be applied to various unusual signs as well.)

If this occurance is truly of God, I believe he will make it plain to all those who seek after him. If not, he will see to it that it is exposed as such.

  5. Brother Chambers is right to be cautious about the “validity” of the “UFO”. I’ve seen several videos that “prove” that the YouTube in question is a hoax. There are various other videos that try to copy the effects, but only make it worse for those touting this as “real”. Upon close digital inspection, the audio tracks are clearly edited, and do not belong with the video as presented.

What Joseph pointed out is that we Christians know what the truth is. The angels (most likely unseen) are indeed protecting His chosen until the hour He is present Himself. Why specifically Jerusalem…. is it possible that the fallen angels seek to cause destruction there, more than other places?

There have always been “spurts” of UFO activity around Jerusalem. Obviously, we know where those fallen angels have chosen to hang out, and why.

We as Christians really need to be careful not to look stupid, promoting things like this that we don’t *know* for a fact are true, because then the unbelievers will use that lack of credibility against us. This only causes others to fall, thinking that we have nothing real to hold on to but our “wishes” that the Bible is true. If every time we *think* we see something that lines up with our “belief system” and then later we find it wasn’t true, it weakens our position and causes others to question how much we really know, and how much we’re making up as we go along.

Remember that they don’t know the truth and look to those of us who say that Jesus is the way. We must protect our credibility, so think before you speak.

  7. In a rare light-hearted mood this evening, I just had to chuckle at “Ruptured Saints” who will
return with the Lord! {We KNOW you meant Raptured Saints! ~ and that is was merely a misprint.

Once in heaven, we will not rupture! smile….

    SOON!!!!

    Brother R.J.
Thanks!!!!!! Mistakes occur, but that was a bad one. I guess we need to confess to being human. I typed it, my Juanita missed it and we confess it.

  8. and thanks, too, to Jim D. who proclaimed: We need not be sidetracked with concerns about rising gas prices and other economic matters at this time. God is at work bring about a close to this dispensation. We are to look up and proclaim as the Apostle Paul states in 1 Corinthians 16:22 “Maranatha.”

AMEN to that!! My DH has been getting the “short end of the stick” at work & will soon be
forced out and yet we hold on to hope & have a peace about it. We’ll keep on keeping on &
working, of course, until we hear that trumpet; and yet we’re on the very threshold, Amen??

  9. One might speculate the sphere was a Tesla globe which is a product of directed energy (Telsa-type) weapons Israel has been working on and perfected. This weapon, if employed, could provide quite a shock to Israel’s enemies, specifically Hezbollah, Hamas and Iran who have plane to launch a massive attack to destroy Israel. God the Father has restrained Israel’s enemies for now.

Israel will be protected by God whether or not such weapons are employed: Psalm 83. God has His heart on Israel and that is why the nations must be judged because of harsh treatment of the people and the land.

  10. I do not believe that the UFO was an angel from heaven. I believe the heavenly angels, if they were to make themselves visible at all, would show themselves in true form. Not the form of a UFO. That’s satan’s department. The Bible calls him the prince of the power of the air and he makes every effort to live up to that title. The Bible speaks of one angel in particular that is taking care of Israel. His name is Michael, the guardian of Israel.

I agree with Jim D. We should be looking up instead of concerning ourselves with the troubles of this world. Let not your heart be troubled. for these things must come to pass but the end is not yet.It is disheartening the way the world treats Israel but G-d’s got her back. He always has, and always will.

  11. Angel or “UFO”? No angel! I viewed the Video of the Jerusalem “event”. After 36 years of study in the Word of God & catching up on modern and ancient history, (a subject sadly lacking in most Christian’s lives), I have never found a single instance of an angel of God making such an appearance as seen recently in Jerusalem, over the Temple Mount, or elsewhere. In the Bible we have the event of Elijah’s translation in a Chariot of Fire, Abraham meeting three men, two who were angels, and the third being Christos before His Incarnation as Jesus, an angel appearing as a “man” to Gideon, the “man” Gabriel appearing to Miriam to announce she would give birth to the Messiah, Elisha’s servant’s eyes were opened to see the mountain filled with horses, chariots and the Lord’s Host to do battle with the armies surrounding Jerusalem. In addition there are other writings of historic events where an army of angels were seen in battle over Jerusalem, dressed in golden armor, with horses and chariots. In other writings of the Jews angels appeared in the Temple when a heathen emissary attempted to enter where he should not, and with golden reeds whipped the man until he fell dead, except the High Priest then prayed for his life and God revived him, so he could return to his King who sent him to tell the King to not cause trouble as the God of Israel defended them.
The point is, angels can appear in many forms, but records show they never have appeared as “balls” of light, but in the form of men of great stature. I guess one Devine appearance was when Ezekiel had his visitation by the River Chebar, and even in this he described “Living Creatures” etc.. This was the closest thing to a UFO in the Bible, but was not a UFO, as Ezekiel gave a vivid description of it, identifying it as God come down by means of some fantastic conveyance……by the way, based on some of the description it seems we might see in its construction some Heavenly form of what we might see in most complicated form of earthly “Gyroscopes”, though in Ezekiel’s case what he saw was far and above anything man can create or understand as it was able to transverse time and space with ease.
One other “visitation” we know of was the Translation of Enoch, before the Flood, and while the Bible gives us slight to no details on this event the “Book of The Upright” (Righteous) mentioned in the New Testament does offer some information, and another book of the Jews, not a part of the Canon of Scripture, describes that after Enoch was Translated those who went seeking him where the event occurred found only snow covered ground, and no sign of Enoch or the men who had accompanied him to the same spot. While it is an assumption, it would appear that something of a cosmic disturbance occurred that caused an atmospheric change that caused moisture to turn to snow during the Translation event, Was it a similar vehicle like what Ezekiel saw? Perhaps, but some profound disturbance did occur. “Our God is a Mighty God who reigns from Heaven above, in Wisdom, Power & Love, Our God is a Mighty God”!!!!!!

  12. Dear Pastor,

I sure could use spell check, i have sent out a few doozies myself, please forgive me as well.

When the two witnesses appear, how will they be sent? When Saul saw the light on the road to Damascus, what kind of brightness did it have. We may not know.

The dome of the rock says twice, God has no son. Why would G-D visit that statement? (rather than wiping it out)

Ezekiel saw the wheels, we saw a ball of light

However,I have seen once, an object jet off upward at incredible speed. I have know idea how that happened.

If we look for signs then perhaps we are an evil generation, those signs are not from G-D, unless we can interpretate them biblically.

  13. The replacement churches seem to keep getting worse, trying to warn them of their errors in scripture has been resulting in “separations” from those of us who have the biblical viewpoint that God is not done with Israel, but that she has an integral part in the prophecy of today, tomorrow, and in the Millenial Kingdom. Psalm 83 looks like it’s on it’s way to fulfillment with Israel’s neighbors preparing for an attack, then of course Russia and Persia (Iran) following closely behind.
and yet the Church seems to be oblivious.
just keep telling people of the coming of our Messiah Yeshua (Jesus), and looking up, that is what we are called to do.

  14. Dear Joe Chambers,

The ISLAMIST REBELLION IN TUNISIA, and in EGYPT is now paving the way for the fulfillment of the prophecies in PSALM CHAPTER 83,and in EZEKIEL CHAPTERS 38 & 39. Before the Psalm 83 War, and also the GOG AND MAGOG WAR of Ezekiel 38 & 39 can come to pass, the Arab states that are slightly friendly with Israel, MUST FIRST BE RADICALIZED AND TAKEN OVER BY ISLAMIC EXTREMISTS. Turkey became unfriendly with Israel as soon as the hard line Muslims took it over. So this will probably involve the downfalls of Arab Monarchies. These countries will then become like Iran. When the radicals take over Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon (Hezbollah), Saudi-Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emerates, Oman, Somalia, Barain, Libya, Morocco, Syria, Sudan, and other nations with large Muslim populatios, the wars of Psalm 83, and the War of Gog & Magog will be possible. When the Mid-East States get taken by Radicals, OIL PRICES WILL RISE TI HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS A BARREL. THE OIL KEG will raise the pump prices to perhaps $10 a gallon, or even $20 / gallon. And the wars will begin because the RADICAL MUSLIMS BITTERLY HATE ISRAEL, AND WANT TO DESTROY IT. These are the dominoes that triggerthe Psalm 83 and the Ezekiel 38 & 39 wars.

    Sincerely,

    Keith Black

  15. Dear Pastor,

i am Canadian and the U.S. gets most of its oil from us, in particular the Alberta Tar Sands.
Please do not go off and fight in the Middle East for oil! or is that done for Europes Elites?
There are a lot of forces at work and thank the Good Lord above we have a web site to discuss these matters and events.

  16. GOOD ARTICLE. Anybody that thinks these are UFOs are wrong. These UFOS are satanic spirits
that are fooling the church age. If you read Zechariah chapter 5, there is a discusion
about these UFOS. No wonder, even Satan appears an angle of light, that is to
deceive the nations. The watchmen will be at the SECOND ADVENT of our lord Jesus, if
you read the rest of Isaih 62. Where Israel will be saved in a day. This will lign up
scriptually with Joel 2. Until then, the Jews are a lost legalistic nation, but as far as
the lord is concerned, they are beloved. Israel as a nation will get their chance in
the Great tribulation. Salvation will be in Jersulem, then they will be led in the wilderness
for 3 and a half years where God will sustain them Revalations
