Discerning The False Signs And Wonders
Biblical signs and wonders are constant events from Genesis to Revelation. You cannot believe the Bible and not believe that God does supernatural things. But, Satan has been and still is on a campaign to create a false imitation of God’s great signs and wonders so that men will reject the real. False signs and wonders have never been so plentiful. From the deceiving apparitions of Mary, the Lord’s mother, to the Charismatic gold dust and angel feathers; it’s Lucifer’s last-ditch crusade to get his Antichrist kingdom ready. Satan has to have a Whore Church ready when the Rapture occurs. Immediately after the Saints are gone, his Religious Church of the devil will ride the False Prophets to woo the world for the New World Order. Satan is counting on the False Church to help him fool the world into believing that he is the true God. It’s hard to grasp, but our Church World will soon accept the devil as their god. They have already accepted many things that position them in this direction. The Robert Schuller (Contemporary) music is quickly taking dominance of every denominational church. The Bible is no longer the rule in these former places of truth.
The true and living God will not remain silent much longer. The pure signs and wonders are on the way. I believe that the Latter Rain outpouring is our inheritance for being faithful in the face of abuse that we have endured. Peter did not mince words as he spoke at Pentecost, “And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:–And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke” (Acts 2:17,19). God is always the last voice. The true and living God will show this world His glory!

Very well made points here. Satan as never been original or creative. All he can do is produce are knock-offs. Today were are inundated with counterfeit miracles, philosophies, and theologies which people gobble up like candy.
The thing is, Adam and Eve were the first victims to fall for a lie and this will go on right up until the Great White Throne Judgment at the end of the Millennium and the creation of the new heaven and new earth.
I believe that the best way for a person not to be deceived is to arm his or herself is by becoming Bible-literate. In fact, it may be the ONLY way.
I recommend for newcomers: The Gospels of John, Luke, and Book of Acts. That will build a solid foundaton on which to build and read all the rest of the Bible.

Hallelujah! I can almost hear the trumpet! Such a prophetic song! Yes, Brother Chambers,
I dislike the false signs but I too, have seen the real! When I was first saved by
the grace of God, I layed hands on my son-in-law and he was healed instantly! I was a
believer, but that humbled me so much, I stood there in awe. I was so amazed and grateful.
Since that time (25 years ago), God has used me to pray for the sick and some are healed
in an instant, others not. I don’t know why, but that’s between them and God. I just
do what the Holy Spirit tells me. God bless you for your powerful preaching!

here goes again:
I LOVE that you say “The true and living God will NOT remain silent much longer.” AMEN!!
And we anticipate this to be certain. His bride is sure getting restless! Seems just
about the entire world is in apostacy right now. Very few have eyes to see and ears to
hear.
We are tired of being constantly vexed in our spirits by all the various ways man thinks
to sin!
We rejoice that MULTITUDES will turn to the Lord after we are gone (though what a price
they will pay!) Why plan to be slaughtered when, right now, in the sliver of time left,
a person can merely keep his garments clean by abiding in The Vine.
Meantime, we pray for our lost loved ones (we all have them); we pray for the peace of
Jerusalem, and we pray MARANATHA, dear Lord! May we be watching and praying always to
be accounted worthy to escape and to stand before the Son of Man. May it be soon. Amen!

A list of the counterfeit . . .
Drunk in the spirit
I have actually been to one church that was praying for people to be “drunk in the spirit” and the people prayed for started to stagger around disorientated like a drunk. The church was following faddish false teachers and was reading things into scripture that are not in the Bible.
On the day of Pentecost they were quite soberly declaring the oracles of God in many verified tongues. Many marveled at hearing their own language. But, with them speaking all at once some joked about them having much wine.
Acts 2:13 KJV Others mocking said, These men are full of new wine.
Scripture does not say they were actually acting drunk, it says they were mocked (made fun of).
Scripture repeatedly commands us to be sober and sober minded. The Spirit of God will not contradict what is written in scripture. However, a curse of drunkenness without alcohol is found in scripture
Isaiah 29:9-11 KJV they are drunken, but not with wine; they stagger, but not with strong drink. (10) For the LORD hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep, and hath closed your eyes: the prophets and your rulers, the seers hath he covered. (11) And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed…
Patched Teeth Manifestations
Neither Jesus nor His disciples ever manifest a patch job on anyone’s body. Direct divine healing always makes a persons body completely whole. Gold or silver teeth or fillings manifesting in peoples mouths in meetings can be compared to mans way of doing things.
Matthew 16:23 KJV – Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offense unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.
In the highest heaven there is no tooth decay–thus no gold teeth nor fillings of gold or silver there. “Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven” indicates that only recreated white teeth can come from God.
Matthew 6:10 KJV Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Gold Dust Appearing
Those that have experienced manifestations of gold dust at home or at church kept having to vacuum it up. It became a cleaning problem. The only reference in the Bible to gold dust is related to idolatry where Israel literally had to eat it.
Exodus 32:20 WEB He took the [gold] calf which they had made, and burnt it with fire, ground it to powder, and scattered it on the water, and made the children of Israel drink of it.
Gemstones Appearing
While some have been caught planting gemstones before a meeting, others have said gemstones were delivered by a female angel. The Bibles only account of what may be female angels describes them in an act of establishing Babylon.
Zechariah 5:9&11 WEB Then lifted I up my eyes, and saw, and behold, there were two women, and the wind was in their wings. Now they had wings like the wings of a stork, and they lifted up the ephah basket to build it an house in the land of Shinar
Satan was very acquainted with gemstones.
Ezekiel 28:13 WEB You were in Eden, the garden of God; every precious stone adorned you: ruby, topaz, emerald, chrysolite, onyx, jasper, sapphire, turquoise, and beryl. Gold work of tambourines and of pipes was in you. In the day that you were created they were prepared.
Erratic Shaking or Jerking
Shaking or quaking found is scripture is simply a result of fear. Many times it was a fear of God.
Job 4:14 KJV Fear came upon me, and trembling, which made all my bones to shake.
Erratic or violent involuntary spasms as seen today is the same as what may be found in the new age and Hinduism. The fruit of the Holy Spirit distinctively produces self-control.
Out of Control Laughter
Even Benny Hinn shut someone up that was exhibiting disruptive hysterical laughing at one of his meetings stating that ‘the Holy Spirit will not disrupt the work of the Holy Spirit’. The Holy Spirit produces the “joy of the Lord”.

You said, “The true and living God will not remain silent much longer.” (((According to Hebrews 1:1, in times past God spoke in many ways; but today, He speaks to us through His son, Jesus Christ. I believe God is speaking today through His written Word and devoted servants who share the gospel. If it appears that God is silent, He is silent to those who love darkness more than light.)))

Our relationship to Him is by faith, not by any sign or any wonder. If the world is looking for signs and wonders to believe, they need look no further than at those who have been born again, having become living epistles changed by the miraculous new birth. What is more, Matt 12:39 says an evil and adulterous generation seeks after signs and wonders, and that the only sign Jesus would give henceforth was the sign of Jonas in the whale’s belly, a type of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The last sign and wonder Jesus gave to the world was His resurrection and all who come to Him must believe this sign to be true.)))

I saw a sign or wonder in a church back in 1991. People were getting miracle dental work done during a service. I looked into the mouth of a woman there and what I saw was incredible. Her molars were filled with bright sparkling gold in the shape of crosses. The dental work was absolutely perfect and several teeth were identical, shining and immaculate. She testified it was done right there instantly. Others got whole teeth natural fillings and some got silver. Why do they get the gold mostly and not natural tooth? I think it is because gold is more durable than tooth enamel, it is mentioned frequently in the Bible, it is of high value, and even small trace amounts of gold that would dissolve over time is good for your body, unlike most other heavy metals which are destructive like the mercury you get from a dentist… A side note, this all happened spontaneously during a communion service with no hoopla, just lots of hushed awe and radiant smiles. 🙂

When Satan performs a para-normal miracle its always spectaculor. When Jesus Christ performs a miracle, its always opening blind eyes, lengthing an arm or speech for a silence tongue. Satan is all for show, but Christ is all for compassion.

The whore churches are those who keep pagan holdays and 1st day worship of man commandments to do. The true bride keeps the 7th day sabbath day and Yahweh Feast Days that are God commandments that prove you truly love God. For Jesus said IF YOU LOVE ME you will keep MY COMMANDMENTS. That is good sound advice……the best way to avoid deception is to become so well versed
in the Bible that you would immediately recognize anything else that doesn’t line up with
the word of God as being counterfeit.
That’s the way bank-tellers learn to recognize the counterfeit…….by handling the real
money so much that anything “foreign” is immediately recognized as counterfeit.

Counterfeit signs and wonders are discerned out by two things–genuine ‘sanctification by the blood of Christ’ and ‘the washing of water by the word’. True sanctification (purity) makes a person intimately one with God through Christ and the Word rightfully sets apart the things that are of God. (Heb 4:12)
“Do not go beyond what is written.” (1Co 4:6)
All the works of God “are done in truth”. Scripture reveals the paramaters of God’s ‘Truth’.
Psa 33:4 KJV For the word of the LORD is right; and all his works are done in truth.
Joh 17:17 KJV Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.
God works within the parameters of a ‘narrow way’ (Mat 7:13), yet within these parameters of ‘truth’ you will find He provides us ‘everything that pertains to life and godliness’. (God is a loving father figure through His son).
2Pe 1:3 KJV According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
It is important to read scriptural blocks for proper context. Scripture paints a big picture. Scripture will never contradict scripture found elsewhere in the Bible as the Holy Spirit that inspired one scripture will never contradict Himself in another.
It is also important to check out for yourselves everything that is ministered, preached, or written under the header “Christian”.
Act 17:11 KJV These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

Dear Pastor Chambers: Thank you for your reply.. I agree there are para-normal signs that are done by sorcery and sometimes it is a very fine line separating the real from false. If you receive a supernatural answer to prayer can’t you just thank God for it whatever means it comes? After all He is in charge of the entire world of spirits and commands them all. Actually, the devil is not to well known for good deeds, but comes to steal, kill and destroy, so I would be more inclined to look at the fruit. Does it help or hurt? I don’t follow signs or require them, but they sure are interesting.

Although there are many counterfiet miracles today there is still the real bing done in Jesus name. The scriptures do not tell us that healings and miracles have ceased. In fact we are commanded to preach the gospel with signs following and to heal the sick and raise the dead. And this is refering to the phisocal body.

Im no fan of Shuiller since he is a new ager and universalist but I think you have him mixed up with some one else, His music that he plays and congregational songs and music are mostly if not all old hymns of the church and not contemporary.
