“And almost all things are by the law purged with Blood; and without shedding of Blood is no remission” (Hebrews 9:22). There was five points in the shedding of Christ’s Blood. At five times during the period of His arrest and suffering, our Lord and Savior was shedding His sacrificial offering for sin. As the song says, “Each drop of blood bought me a million years.” Not one drop of His Blood was less than supernatural. It was Divine Blood that had no Adamic sin. It was Blood that could not decay. It is just as powerful today as when it flowed from His veins. His first experience of sacrifice was in the Garden of Gethsemane. “And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of Blood falling down to the ground” (Luke 22:44). Just the Blood shed in that garden was certainly sufficient to cleanse from sin. But then, in the courtyard before the Roman soldiers, His back was given to the scourging of terror from the roman whips. The vicious beating left His body ripped and torn. Again, Blood flowed from His sacred temple. Then a crown of thorns was pressed upon His head. They nailed Him to the cross and finally they thrust a spear in His side. He was wounded five times, and each time Holy Blood was released to redeem lost souls. To suggest that a person can be redeemed from Hell and the Lake of Fire without Christ’s Blood is blasphemy. We live in the Day of the Antichrist and his goal is to replace the crucified Christ with a new “christ” that treats sin with favor. The Biblical Christ will be back to get those washed in the Divine offering that paid the price demanded by God’s justice.

The Immeasurable Blood Of Jesus Christ
Monday, March 8th, 2010The Lake Of Fire And Brimstone
Friday, February 26th, 2010Either the Lake of Fire is a real place or the Bible is a false book. Here is the Bible speech, “And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone” (Revelation 19:20). The Antichrist and the False Prophet are men. The multitude that have taken the Mark of the Beast are men and women. Then, Satan is cast in this same Lake of Fire. “And the devil that deceived them was cast into the Lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever” (Revelation 20:10). After that, we see those judged at the White Throne Judgment and they are cast into this same Lake of Fire. “And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire” (Revelation 20:14-15). Since there is only one Lake of Fire in the Bible, the wicked or unrepentant men and women are going to spend eternity with the devil, all the demons, the Antichrist and False Prophet, and all of those that take the Mark of the Beast. Such company would make a place hell even without the fire and brimstone. But, remember this place was created after Satan sinned with the fallen angels. It was created for them and not for you because Christ died for you. If you reject the saving Blood of the Son Of God, you will be an intruder in that Lake of Fire.

Jesus Christ: In The Midst Of His Church
Friday, February 19th, 2010The first chapter of the Book of Revelation is the highlight chapter of the whole Bible. The Son of God is the theme and there are 41 titles or descriptive terms that apply to Christ. It is the absolute proof of His ascension to the Father’s right hand. There are 22 descriptive terms of Christ before His death and resurrection and 19 terms of His glorious resurrected person after He ascended back to the throne. Anyone that doubts His eternal Sonship has not come to the faith in His Resurrection that we see in this chapter. Revelation is the “DRAMA” of the whole Bible. Every doctrine in the first 65 books of the entire Bible is clearly seen in this Book of Revelation. First, we know that Our Lord Jesus Christ is at the Father’s right hand, because we see it so clearly in these Scriptures. But, He is not only there; He is here. That’s the beauty of Revelation chapter one. John said it beautifully, “I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet, Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea. And in the midst of the seven candlesticks (THE CHURCH) one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle” (Revelation 1:10-11,13). The Church is His Body and He is in our very midst. No true believer can ever be happy without a church to which they can be faithful.

When The Four Horsemen Ride
Friday, February 12th, 2010The sixth chapter of the Book of Revelation announces the beginning of the Great Tribulation. The Son of God called this period “The Great Tribulation” and declared that it would be the worst time of all human history. The main movement of this seven years begins with the Son of God. He is the one that received this book from the Father and He is the one that opens the seals. He must be seen as the central figure of everything that comes out of this book. If He is central, then the book is about redemption. There are some very dark things, but that is not the theme. This earth cannot become Paradise Regained unless those dark characters are judged, and judgment is not always pretty. Ugly and wicked spirits, along with the people that love them, are going to be exposed and their judgment is very dark. Every troubling part of the Book of Revelation is the end of sin. At the same time, every redemptive thing is exciting and beautiful. What you see in this book depends on what side you are on. The Four Horseman in the picture are not new to the Bible, because the Book of Revelation is a drama that comes from the entire Word of God. Every great doctrine in the Bible is present in this book. The Book of Revelation was planned as the finishing chapter, the final unveiling of Jesus Christ. Our book, The Masterpiece, is helping a lot of people begin to understand this very simple but profound book. Order this book from our online bookstore. This could be the year when chapter six begins its fulfillment.

Mercy Has Written You Upon His Palms
Friday, January 29th, 2010“Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me” (Isaiah 49:16). This has to be one of the most powerful statements concerning Jesus Christ and His cross in Holy Scripture. The nail prints in His hands were more than painful and sacrificial. They were personal to every one of us. In a deeply spiritual sense our names and His design for our lives were “hacked” in each of His hands. His “foreknowledge” and His “predestination” for us is an irrevocable fact. We will answer in eternity for our reaction to what He has done to make our life worthwhile. Our salvation is finished, but what we do with that salvation will determine our eternal destination. Our rewards in Heaven will be according to us doing His will that was planned on His cross. No obedience will mean no rewards. No wonder Apostle Paul stated by the Holy Ghost, “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God” (Romans 8:14). There are not any good works that will save you and there is no amount of grace that will provide a reward. In other words, we are saved by grace alone and rewarded by our good works alone. It was all written in His palms on the cross.

Holy Ghost Outpouring and Judgment Coming
Monday, January 25th, 2010This great Scripture leaves no doubt that something overwhelming is about to occur. Apostle Peter used words that cannot be misinterpreted. The first lines of today’s text plainly says that this fulfillment would be in the last of the last days before the Coming of the Lord. “And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams” (Acts 2:17). The word for last means “beyond or at the close.” Already, the church was experiencing the early rain of Pentecost, but the latter rain would come in the end. As you read the rest of this prophecy, it is clear that the Latter Rain will happen at the same time as these great judgments. In fact, I believe it will be the judgments that cause men to seek God for the outpouring of The Holy Ghost. What I am seeing on the world news appears to be signs of overwhelming events. I expect to see the sun go dark and the moon turn to a bloody red in 2010. The Coming of the Lord consists of two phases: the Rapture and His return to earth. This all might begin either before the first phase or after the first phase and before He comes back to earth with the saints. One thing is for sure: We had better be ready!

Deliverance From Strongholds
Monday, January 25th, 2010The spiritual realm is under incredible assault by the devil. When I pray, I am being attacked like I have never been in my fifty-eight years of serving Jesus Christ. Satan is absolutely determined that there will be no revival nor a harvest of souls. The altars of almost churches are empty of repentant souls. The only people joining churches are still-births, mental religion without life change. This will be defeated when we have prayed until we break the devil’s strongholds. Jesus was the Master Teacher about prayer. He taught His disciples that the first line of prayer is to pull down strongholds. You are not making any progress in your efforst to see someone saved or to see revival in the church until the enemy’s design is broken. Jesus said, “Or else how can one enter into a strong man’s house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house” (Matthew 12-29). We live in a day in which America is more like it would have been in a heathen country when missionaries first arrived. Church people are bound by hard feelings or worldliness. Iniquity transfers from parents to children. It sets up a bondage in them that defeats every effort to convert to Christ. Holy Ghost praying is God’s answer. The anointing breaks the yoke; nothing else will do the job.

Hope Does Not Need A Crutch
Monday, January 25th, 2010If you lose your HOPE, you will sink. Actually, this great truth applies to every aspect of our lives but especially to the Christian Faith. The Biblical word hope is powerful indeed and means “Joyous Expectation.” A Christian that is full of hope is a shining individual that becomes refreshing and a strong encouragement to others. The Bible said the following about Abraham, “Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be” (Romans 4:18). A genuine experience of hope will give you the strength to look failure in the face and stand without flinching. Hope is the metal in your backbone or your Biblical backbone. When you read this passage of our text (Romans 5:1-6), you will see that hope begins with glorying in our tribulation. The Spirit did not say, “enduring our tribulation,” but said, “glorying in our tribulation.” This is where most Christians fail. We will endure them, but will we glory in them? I’m personally learning this in my old age. The principles of the Bible are supernatural truths. When you allow the Holy Ghost in you to manifest His perfect Word, everything in life starts changing. Actually, hope is the Holy Ghost in you making God’s Word come alive. This sermon could change your life!

In The Volume Of The Book
Wednesday, December 23rd, 2009The Holy Bible is the great story of Jesus Christ. In fact the Bible is so full of the Son Of God that if you could cut it, it would bleed the same Royal blood that fell at the cross. The text of Scripture for this sermon is one of the most profound truths in the Bible. The Hebrew word for “volume” is “head.” The original meaning for this word is the very beginning to the ending of the Bible or from one end to the other. He is the volume of the Bible. The Bible is a living book that cannot die unless God can die. By the Holy Ghost, Peter said it as strong as it can be said, “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever” (I Peter 1:13). The Resurrected Christ cannot die and the Bible cannot die. We are a blessed people to have a Faith that is established upon such an unshakable foundation. This sermon has given me a new and stronger confidence in my Bible and a new love for my Lord. To finish this sermon we must go to Revelation and see this Holy Book in the Temple in heaven, “And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail” (Revelation 11:19). Our Bible is forever settled and preserved in heaven awaiting our arrival.

Sit Thou On My Right Hand, Until…
Friday, December 18th, 2009The Son Of God is seated at the Father’s right hand and will fulfill His role as the Heavenly High Priest until every battle on earth is won. Read what God the Father said about His Son, “Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion” (Psalm 2:6). Our crucified Redeemer has already won the wars we are engaged in and is in the exalted position of Lordship over this entire world. We cannot lose unless we do not depend wholly on Him. Even then, He is waiting for a simple surrender and then He responds with joy to help us. The universe will soon be free of all of our enemies. “The Lord at thy right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath. He shall judge among the heathen, he shall fill the places with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads over many countries” (Psalm 110: 5-6.) If you will study this passage, you will see that it is directly a part of the Father’s promise that His Son would defeat all our enemies and rule His world with us as His Kings and Priests. We listen to politicians, hear of their dark deeds, and become afraid. We see wars developing and wonder what tomorrow holds. We may not know what tomorrow holds, but we know Who holds tomorrow. “For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, Until I make thy foes thy footstool” (Acts 2: 34-35).
