The Whore & Her Children
In 1963 Pope John Paul I proclaimed, “The smoke of Satan has entered the Sanctuary.” He was dead shortly after that statement. His death was considered mysterious and is believed by many as being an inside job. A well-known writer and renowned Jesuit priest, Malachi Martin, wrote in his Vatican novel, Windswept House, “Suddenly it became unarguable that now during this papacy, the Roman Catholic organization carried a permanent presence of clerics who worshipped Satan and liked it; of bishops and priests who sodomized boys and each other; of nuns who performed the ‘Black Rites’ of Wicca, and who lived in lesbian relationships . . . every day, including Sundays and Holy Days, acts of heresy and blasphemy and outrage and indifference were committed and permitted at holy Altars by men who had been called to be priests. Sacrilegious actions and rites were not only performed on Christ’s Altars, but had the connivance or at least the tacit permission of certain Cardinals, archbishops, and bishops . . .” (Windswept House, Malachi Martin, 1996, p. 492.)
The Roman Catholic system is a pagan religious system. The newspapers of our American press continue to provide us with the news that the Catholic priests are absolutely not going to end the filth of homosexuality and pedophilia within their system. Recently, the Charlotte Observer stated in their secondary headlines, “Offenders would be kept from kids, but not those ousted from priesthood.” There was an immediate cry from those men who were abused as young boys in Catholic ministries. How does any religious institution put a man back in ministry at any ordained level that has stooped to the acts of homosexuality or the molestation of young people or children? That defies reason or Biblical responsibility.
But this article is not mainly about the Roman Catholic system, but about the once great Bible-believing churches and ministries that have decided to give support and acceptance to this dark religious world. The Catholics boast of over one billion adherents and of their worldwide political influence and incalculable riches. This system is extremely rich and millions of its members are perfectly willing to fund with liberal donations any Protestant ministry that will bridge the differences between the two. Many formerly separated ministers and their leaders have decided that the money is worth the compromise.
The Catholic Church Is Aggressive
While churches that were formerly Bible-believing are speaking kindly of the Catholic Church, the Catholics are aggressively reaching for the world. No one can doubt that they want and intend to be the spokesman for Christianity. I just received a copy of a multi-million mailing by Karl Keating, president of Catholic Answers. This mailing was a fundraiser and was premised on the “2002 World Youth Day.” It blasted a tract showing a man in hell that had been deceived by the Catholic religion, the Virgin Mary and other unbiblical teachings. A copy of that tract was reproduced and the receiver was asked to immediately destroy it with a warning of how dangerous it was if it fell into the hands of the wrong persons.
Of course, if we write a similar letter from our position, we are blasted for being judgmental and uncaring. Every time I do a broadcast showing the false, unbiblical teachings of this system, I get ugly, vicious calls, letters and e-mails. They can be aggressive, but most Bible believers are being intimidated not to be aggressive. Our position and approach should never be to attack persons or to demean anyone, but rather to speak the truth in tender love. Our message must be clear and absolute truth about the only plan of salvation.
In this large Catholic mailer, there was a very slick looking booklet, entitled Pillar of Fire, Pillar of Truth. It looked like a good Bible booklet and was very colorful. Here are the inviting words from the back cover, “The Catholic Church: Your Guide to the Truth” “Jesus established the Catholic Church especially for you. He set it up as your spiritual home, he provided it with everything you need, and he wants you in it. The Catholic Church guides you as the pillar of fire guided the Israelites when they escaped from bondage. They had a guide they could trust, and now so do you. Your guide is trustworthy because it teaches as Jesus taught. This is why the Bible calls the Catholic Church the ‘pillar and foundation of truth.’ Jesus has a special plan for you, one He wants you to perform through His Church. This booklet explains Jesus’ plan and how you can know the Catholic Church is where you belong.” (Pillar of Fire, Pillar of Truth, 1997. Published by Catholic Answers, San Diego, CA.)
This booklet left no room for the Bible believing churches to claim anything. The Bible quotes were from a strange translation. It speaks a lot of our language, but full of their twist. For instance, look at this invitation to be saved. Here is their question just like we would ask it and then their answer.
QUESTION: “What you must do to be saved?”
ANSWER: “Best of all, the promise of eternal life is a gift, freely offered to us by God [Catechism of the Catholic Church (Vatican City: Libreria Editrice Vaticana, 1994, p. 1727.)]. Our initial forgiveness and justification are not things we ‘earn’ (Ibid., 2010). Jesus is the mediator who bridged the gap of sin that separates us from God (I Timothy 2:5); he bridged it by dying for us. He has chosen to make us partners in the plan of salvation (I Corinthians 3:9). “The Catholic Church teaches what the apostles taught and what the Bible teaches: We are saved by grace alone, but not by faith alone (which is what ‘Bible Christians’ teach; see James 2:24). “When we come to God and are justified (that is, enter a right relationship with God), nothing preceding justification, whether faith or good works, earns grace. But then God plants His love in our hearts, and we should live out our faith by doing acts of love (Galatians 6:2).” (Pillar of Fire, Pillar of Truth, 1997. Published by Catholic Answers, San Diego, CA, pp. 22-23.)
The Christian Church world is being deceived and outflanked. Our national and best-known leaders have foolishly denied the truth and taken allegiance to this harlot system. I must share the truth with you at any cost. Let’s look at some of the better know men and ministries. They are becoming the children of the Mother of Harlots.
Charismatics & Catholicism
The Charismatic religion has been Catholic in nature since its beginning. As a Classical Pentecostal I have watched the whole life of the Charismatic renewal. It was first named Neo-Pentecostal and was totally rejected by the Classical Pentecostal even as they rejected us because of our fundamentalism. I visited many of their events throughout the years and never found one thing I could Biblically connect. When I call this movement “Charismatic Catholicism,” I do not suggest a structural connection. There may have been, but I do not have any proof of such connections. The connection was in the spiritual realm. The Charismatic movement never had any solid Biblical roots. It was a smorgasbord of many different doctrines loosely connected to esoteric experiences. Speaking in tongues and other so-called gifts was the glue that held it together.
As you research this movement from its beginning, the experiences of tongues and the gifts were always subject to the individual. The entire manifestation of gifts was at the control of these promoters and the crowds. I can honestly say that during all my experiences among Charismatic people, I have never seen one person that appeared to have a genuine Book of Acts experience. Being a Classical Pentecostal, we recognize the Book of Acts and the Pentecostal experience, but firmly believe that the Holy Spirit alone is sovereign. Any manifestation of the Holy Ghost cannot be subject to the whims of the individual.
We have witnessed numerous cases where individuals seeking to be filled with the Spirit were told to say whatever came to their mind, funny sounds, incoherent symbols, etc. and that it would evolve into a language the Bible calls “speaking in tongues.” Classical Pentecostals have always called such action heresy and dangerous. The Charismatics actually teach that all the gifts can be manifest at will. When you want to pray in tongues, you just start making sounds. This is called a “prayer language” to be used when it suits you. I have been in several meetings where the crowd was told to pray in tongues and the entire place would erupt into a guru-sounding roar.
How does such a diverse gathering bring glory to the Lord? When you put together the Catholic doctrine of the mass with the doctrine of the Jesus Only (They deny the Trinity.) and then add the Born-Again Jesus that accomplished nothing of salvation on the cross (Jesus was born again in hell.) of the Copelands, you have a pot of poison.
In our last edition of this publication, we printed an article entitled, “Marriage From Hell.” This article listed numerous quotes from leading Charismatics and Evangelicals endorsing the Catholic system as Orthodox Christianity. Men like W.A. Criswell, Paul Crouch, Chuck Colson, etc. were mentioned. I sit at my desk as I write this article trying to speak to all of this as kind as I know how. If such distortion does not make one angry, then something is wrong. I am determined to speak evil of no man, but I must warn everyone possible of the “Mother of Harlots and Her Children.”
Conclusion
This mother of religious whoredom is spreading her powers and embracing every aspect of religions regardless of its origin. The Writer warned in Holy Scripture, “And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.” (Revelation 17:5).
The only religions the Whore of Rome hates are Orthodox Jews and fundamental Christians. Everyone else is playing her game, but these two groups. The Bible plainly warns us that she will be covered with the blood of those she has slain. We still have protection from her murderous hands in America, but history is replete with her past deeds. She is still murdering or attacking saints in countries when government provides her protection and cover. The priests have destroyed a multitude of her altar boys to satisfy their insane lust.
When the Bible prophesied the term “harlot,” it certainly knew what was going to occur. She is called a “whore” and that is her character. “And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters.” (Revelation 17:1) Be strong in your defense of truth and do not fear those who can destroy your body. Reserve your fear for the one that destroys the soul.

Soon the end days are coming and let the battle of all times come, Yes I am in a bible study. I believe the end is coming. A day of Jehovah. No more false religion of any kind, no government of this world, Jesus our king will rule out of his kingdom, wicked people and fornacators your day is coming. How sad but true.. I remember John Paul 2 on Tv saying he had to go to purgatory for some sins and then was going to heaven to stand at the right hand of the FAther and then said : pray to me ! I could hardly believe it. He also said he had to go to the statue of Mary and thank her for healing him..I see so many churches who were told they did not have real salvation by the catholic church speakers..unless they joined the Catholic church or got under their umbrella. I wondered why do they call themselves Christian and pray to mary or the saints. I read this month how so many hundreds are flocking to the old Priest they dug up, his heart in a box which is suposed to heal them. when the L-rd was talking to Peter, HE meant HE WAS THE ROCK of our Salvation, not Peter. I also read how the Pope told the Islamic clerec that they worshiped the same god. How plain but so many are blinded. We know G-d is our healer, our councler our Prince of Peace and our ever lasting Father and when John in Rev said he was caught up to heaven he saw the ONE sitting on the throne. IF Yeshua Jesus is not G-d then they are preaching the other Jesus that Paul warned of. Most of them won’t listen and so they follow the false teachers . He is coming for HIS CHurch, and many in Hebrew means millions will be left here. to be tested to late on whether they will be behieaded for HIM or bow to antichrist. the false teachers will get double punishment. IT is true that Jesus, Yeshua is the ONLY way the TRUTH and the LIFE…and yet the blindness is there an they won’t listen. breaks my heart. It is so refreshing to know that a Pentecostal Preacher would say these things. I was raised in a Pentecostal church and didn’t know there was any other kind of Pentecostal until now. I thought all Pentecostals were like the ones I grew up with. My Mother got “slain?” in the spirit, fell back and hit her head on the pew and got knocked out with her dress up over her head. I was only 4 or 5 years old and these services scared me to death. To this date, my brother and sister are still not saved because they say if that’s what God is about, they want no part of it. I decided not to blame God for what people do, and gave my heart to Jesus. One summer when I was a teenager, I went to Bible camp and they kept us at the alter until all hours of the night until we spoke in tongues. We were all getting so tired so we faked it so we could go back to our cabins. My husband was raised Catholic and thank God he has left that church and has given his heart to Jesus too. It’s so sad how the Catholic religion has changed God’s laws. They killed thousands of Christians who dared worship God on the Saturday Sabbath. Among other pagan traditions they have brought into Christianity that almost all Christians accept as OK to do now days. Thank you for shining this light on things. I feel better about Pentecostals now, at least some Pentecostals now, knowing that all aren’t bad.

I believe that it was Pope John XXIII that died in 1963. John Paul I who died after a very brief tenure in 1978 and it sounds like this is the man to whom you are referring.
I do not thing the Roman Catholic Church as we see it today is the “Harlot Church” of Revelation although it may very well provide the infrastructure on which “Mystery Babylon” is established. The thing is, the way that the Protestant world looks now in its acceptance of false doctrine, its member churches will be glad to join up with it when the Antichrist rises to prominence.
Certainly Roman Catholicism has major problems and doctrinal error, but so has much of Protestantism – especially in Canada and the United States For example, in the Episcopal Church we have Katherine Schori,its current presiding bishop expressing such heresies as “mother Jesus,” homosexuality as a gift, and pluralistic salvation.
In 2003 TEC approved the consecration of an openly gay man, Gene Robinson, as bishop of diocese of New Hampshire. This year an active lesbian was elected as a suffragan bishop for Los Angeles. The Evangelical Lutheran Church of America and Presbyterian Church of America have given the nod to homosexual clergy as well.
To be sure, the “Harlot Church” looks like it’ll have plenty of joiners from both inside ond outside the authority of the Vatican – especially since all the true believers won’t be left to stop it after the Rapture.

Great Article! My wife was raised Catholic and accepted ” Jesus ” back in the 60,s . I did attend
a catholic sevice one time and ask why there was so many idols laying around she said they were
images of God- Baby Jesus= Mary etc. We never attended again, but found a local church for teaching.
In regards to speaking in tongues every Pentecostal church I ever attended push tongues as a sign
of ” The Holy Spirit ” so what is the difference between the Pentecostals and the Charismatics on
this subject.
It seems to me the deciples were given languages they did not know so that they could spread the
Gosple around the world which they did as was “The Day Of Pentecost ”
If God woke me up in the middle of the night and said go to Asia next week and preach to the lost I would expect for Him to take care of my finances be my compass and give me a new language not just
sounds that no one could understand.I do have a prayer language but do not understand it.

I wanted to drop a note to tell you how much I have enjoyed your site, but there is an error in your writing. Pope Paul VI made the statement about Satan on 6/29/1972 by saying, “We have the impression that through some cracks in the wall the smoke of Satan has entered the temple of God: it is doubt, uncertainty, questioning, dissatisfaction, confrontation…. We thought that after the Council a day of sunshine would have dawned for the history of the Church. What dawned, instead, was a day of clouds and storms, of darkness, of searching and uncertainties.” There was no John Paul IV. Pope John the XXIII was in charge of the Catholic church from 1958-1963. Pope Paul then took over from 1963 until his death in 1978. John Paul I was then elected office over the Catholic church for 33 days. There were only two John Pauls. I hope this help clears things up.

Just to point out it was Pope John XXIII who died in 1963, think it was him who said smoke of satan….The Vatican is the headquarters of the Roman Empire which owns and runs much of the world today. It is primarily a global banking institution. No doubt Lucifer is their god and master. It’s very, very dark stuff. I felt sick reading the article. I was brought up in that system too and then got hijacked into charismatism and confusion. I always had some doubts about the tongue speaking I was taught, but did get to see some “signs”. Today I study for myself and am not too trusting of religion no matter how holy or righteous it may appear. I’m sure G-d has His people everywhere, especially here. blessings!

Cristians are giving up their true faith and doctrines to follow lukewarm teachings that accept many strange doctrines and practices. This ‘critikos’ concerning catholics and charismatic pentecostals is well done because you pay attention to doctrines and manifestations and not so much to persons who make these. I agree with you that we should not fear but stand fearless in our defence of Truth. God bless you in Lord Jesus.

It means ‘universal’ and therefore accepts all those who proclaim God has come in the flesh(Jesus); that He was crucified, died, buried, rose and ascended into heaven. Being ‘universal’, there is no hate for anyone and all are welcome to come to the fullness of faith in her.
The only hate for others I see being preached here is by Chambers and those he has blinded with his lies. I am reminded of a passage that speaks of such false preachers..the blind lead the blind and they both fall into the pit. There is already great darkness in anyone who bears false witness as this article has done.
Anyone who has eyes to see and ears to hear; run as fast as you can away from the false gospel preached in this article!

He did not die shorty after stating: “The smoke of Satan has entered the Sanctuary.” He died in 1978. Whether or not this quote attributed to pope Paul VI is accurate is another matter.

Matters not which pope it was, they all think they are KINGS and that their flock must come to them for forgiveness. My fiance grew up Catholic and he can attest to the errors they teach. (I am not saying that there are not some good faith practicing Catholics out there – I am sure there are.) But for the most part, he was told just trust that God will let you go to HEaven and you will. That you should pray to MAry. That there is a Purgatory. Thankfully now, he has changed his mind, heart and soul. He has accepted Jesus and is a Christian. He understands the difference. Any Catholic thinking they can not pray directly to Jesus/God/Holy Spirit for their forgiveness is sadly mislead. There is also a story out, of how one of the popes, and I can’t remember which one, had actually changed his name. He was originally a salesman that sold all the chemicals to Natzis for killing the jews. After this he became frightened and turned to RELIGION. He became a bishop and then rose to pope very quickly. Perhaps to quickly!! (I believe the name of the book is the Unseen Hand, not sure of Author). There is also what is called the Black Vatican, and I would suggest you research it, especially if any of you readers are going to defend the Catholic Church to the end. The black vatican is nothing more than a shadow control over the Church, and it is run by Satanic means. VERY SAD!!

Sir, There is a movement in the Roman Catholic Church concerning the salvation status of non-Catholics. The church has gradually changed from an exclusivist to an inclusivist position, accepting of the validity of other Christian denominations and of other religions. This was the great shift in the Vatican 2 position.
It is the acceptance of other religions that deny the gospel of Jesus Christ that define the whore. This can be the catholic church or any other denomination. “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6 Without Jesus there is no salvation.
Concerning the Catholic church The “Dogmatic Constitution on the Church – Lumen Gentium” (1964) The fate of non-Catholics, as expressed at Vatican II: The non-Christian may not be blamed for his ignorance of Christ and his Church; salvation is open to him also, if he seeks God sincerely and if he follows the commands of his conscience, for through this means the Holy Ghost acts upon all men; this divine action is not confined within the limited boundaries of the visible Church.
What I read in this is that you can get to heaven without Jesus.

I Totally find your information accurate, being raised catholic myself and . either have been saved . I Think most denoms today are joining the ‘whore’s thinking on salvation. they leave out the fact that regeneration is needed by faith alone , grace is the key we are saved , not by works after salvation , we are saved by GOD’S grace , which is sufficient to the day of redemption , The catholic church goes so far as to say , it is only thru the ‘church ‘ one can be saved , and then turns around and teaches ‘ clasifications of sin ‘ which in turn they can only hope for heaven , thats where purgatory comes in — ONE DOCTRINE JESUS SAVES TO THE UTTERMOST == having nailed ALL sin to HIS cross . Either HE PAID it all , or we are left to our own demise

Alberto Riviera who was a Spanish Jesuit Priest (the church tried to deny he ever existed-best defense of all) back in the 50’s and 60’s left the church and spoke of the endless treacheries committed by Rome and of the more treacheries still to come i.e. taking back the UK and having a major influence over the USA. Look at the many practising catholics involved in politics all over Europe, and see what has become of them!! Some of my closest friends are catholics and they have a love of God, however their ultimate passion is with the Catholic system. Basically the catholic system is one huge cult, that its practices contradict the fundamental teachings of Christ, have no sincere concerns for people’s souls and welfare!

I am a Born again Bible believing Christian,and I was appaled as I watched the news one day,as their Pope Benedict looked right into the camera sternly saying, if you are not Catholic, you are not saved, if you want to be saved you have to become Catholic.That is a false teaching from hell, only Jesus saves & He alone is the Only way John3:3 /John14:6/Rom.10:9,10,and the Catholics believe God gave that Church,they call the Catholic Religion “The Church” God gave His Only Son John3:16, God never gave a church. We born again believers abiding in Christ are the Church,it is Spiritual & grows as Souls become born again adding daily to the Church of God in Christ Jesus.Where God dwells,amen..John1:13 Only God can draw you unto His Son for Salvation & forgiveness by His shed Blood Eph.1:7,Rev.3:20 is the lay out for salvation in Christ ,by belieivng & asking Him into your heart as Lord & Savior,then they say “The Church” Catholic Religion, is the Pillar of truth..I believe God is the Only Pillar of truth..God said, He is Holy & He cannot Lie, God said, all man is a liar.
