Multitudes Descending Into The Lake Of Fire

Jonathan Edwards was asked what his favorite subject was to preach to children. His answer, “Hell, because children have not yet been blinded by sin or have not become corrupted with godless living.” Innocent children are not afraid of preaching about Hell because where sin is not, the master there is no fear of Hell. It is the adults that do not want preaching about the eternal facts of Hell and the Lake of Fire. They are delighted to blame it on the children. There is a wonderful side to understanding the truth of the Lake of Fire. All sin, every expression of sin, every experience of sin, in fact all manifestations of sin will descend into the Lake of Fire. The totality of all essence of sin will be behind the walls of this horrible place for eternity. Sin will be locked in this place of brimstone and the wailing of the sinners will never be heard again. God’s New Heaven and God’s New Earth will be free of every sound, expression, and effect of all sin. How can this be? There is a simple answer, Jesus Christ, God’s Son took our place. He experienced total separation from His Father as He hung on that cross. He became our sins. Vicariously, He bore our sins and the sin principle in the universe and suffered a Hell for us. That’s when He cried, “And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?” (Matthew 27:46). That’s what the Second Death is, it is complete separation from everything that relates to God.

I love everything you write…I’m so glad God has a remnant out there who isn’t afraid to stand upon the true word of God and tell it like God means it to be told. No COMPROMISE…we’re living in such a destructive day and age and there is so much COMPROMISE in the Church and many will end up in Hell because of it.

I’d rather have a Holy Ghost filled man or woman of God stomping on my toes and showing me where I am needing to move up or get things under the blood than to tickle my ears and end up in Hell.

Praise God…keep up God’s Good Work!!

Most preacher don’t speak about “Hell or the matter of fact “Heaven” either.

I love that sentence above that states that Jesus was seperated from the Father moment-
arily when he hung on the cross and bore the world’s sins. I’m preaching tomorrow on seperat-
ion. I’m beginning from the Old Testament describing how the Jews had to seperate themselves
not only from the Canaanites but also from unclean things as described in Leviticus, Numbers,
Deuteronomy. Then I’m using Paul’s statement in 2 Corinthians which states that Christians
are to “come out from among them and be seperate, and touch not the unclean thing”. With
these facts in place, it’s understandable why Jesus had to seperate Himself from the father
    when uncleanliness was upon Him.
With these things in mind, we can propose an idea that is not often, if ever, preached
in holiness churches about seperation-that to seperate oneself from the world one must “put
on” the seperateness of Christ on the cross-or the atonement.
