The Faithful Father

The presence of our Heavenly Father literally fills the Scripture. I guess the greatest expression of His very profound Love is John 3:16. The whole of creation was to bring pleasure into his life, but the pleasure was in receiving our Love back to himself. Of course the out pouring of His love back on us is seen as His very nature. He does not have to decide to love us because it is His nature. Every soul is predestinated to salvation, hope and eternal life, but free to choose to reject or deny His plan. His Spirit calls the lost,"The precious fruit of the earth." and He has "long Patience" for there souls.The story of the Prodigal son expresses His love at the highest level. There was no effort to force, but with love like this father had, there was no need to force. It is a perfect picture of the love of God.
